KEEPING IT CLASSIC

In the historic Old Town neighborhood of Chicago, we undertook a comprehensive renovation of a 110-year-old Greystone building, converting it from a 4 unit condo to a single-family home. The first floor was designed for entertaining, featuring a family room with Nanawall opening to an outdoor deck. The kitchen showcased quartzite counters and rustic wood furniture. A dramatic bubble ball pendant illuminates the staircase. While most of the home exuded traditional charm, the guest bathroom embraced a sleek, modern aesthetic. The luxurious primary bedroom featured a steepled ceiling with a grand crystal chandelier. In the primary bathroom, white marble and gray paint created an open, airy atmosphere. The third-floor study exuded old-school traditional elegance with a herringbone-pattern walnut floor, distressed wood furniture, and leather sofas.
