The Belmont, a luxury Lakeview apartment building, underwent a transformation of its core amenity spaces. The new design artfully combines fantasy, vintage charm, and modern aesthetics. The main lobby received a refresh with new furniture, decorative elements, lighting, and greenery. The lounge area exudes vintage Chicago vibes with a coffee bar and leather tufted accents. The business center provides diverse seating options, cocoon pods for privacy, and effective acoustic solutions. The laundry room was reimagined as a bright, nature-inspired space with durable materials. The Club Room became an urban forest, featuring forest-like textures and soothing natural colors, creating a comfortable multi-functional area.
