TZS Design is giving the hospitality room at 100 E. Walton a fresh new vibe. Perched on the 44th floor—right off the pool deck—the space is designed to feel light, open, and effortlessly cool, with a color palette inspired by water and sky. We’re reimagining the lounge with flexible, stylish furniture for everything from casual hangs to resident events. Add in a sleek new kitchenette, easy-to-use AV system, updated restrooms, and a dedicated workspace, and this place is about to level up in a big way. We can’t wait to see it all come together!
