TZS Design is reimagining the lobby at Optima Horizons, an architecturally unique building that calls for an equally distinctive interior. The renovation addresses key issues like package overflow, poor circulation, and awkward security desk placement. Upgrades include a new double-door storefront, mail area, security desk, package room, luggage cart storage, updated restroom, and a more welcoming layout for residents. The original onyx stone panels—bold and full of character—remain as a striking backdrop. The new design embraces a warm minimalist approach that complements the stone and introduces clean, impactful elements. A recessed moss wall in the lounge anchors the space with a natural focal point, bringing beauty and calm indoors.
